As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 4,938,〔〔〔 reflecting an increase of 240 (+5.1%) from the 4,698 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 1,104 (+30.7%) from the 3,594 counted in the 1990 Census.〔(Table 7.
